We are seeking an experienced and visionary Nursing Director to lead our Inpatient Care Management program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of this critical service line.
As a Nursing Director, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and satisfaction. You will work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Inpatient Care Management team in the development and implementation of care management strategies
* Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and other leaders to develop and implement hospital-wide initiatives
* Oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the Inpatient Care Management program
* Develop and manage budgets and resources to support the program
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field
* 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on care management
* Strong clinical and business acumen
