Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate at Family Fresh Pack Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting the production and shipping departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize space and efficiency
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying tags and labels
  • Unload and load trucks, ensuring safe operation of warehousing equipment
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, communicating with the maintenance department as needed
  • Prepare materials for production and shipping, adhering to quality control standards
  • Perform order picking and pulling materials for production
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Proficient math skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
