Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation services to clients, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped.
  • Supervise and assist passengers as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transportation.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and annual vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling department to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Deliver deposits to the bank and perform other errands as requested by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of driver education course from an accredited curriculum.
  • Valid State Driver's License; Post Acute Medical follows the DMV laws of each state.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • At least 21 years old (per insurance coverage requirement).
  • Completion of defensive driving school within last 2 years preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to read and work from written and oral instructions in English.
  • Ability to model professional behavior to clients, staff, and the public.
  • Ability to manage time, work flow, and inventory.
  • Minimal clerical ability required.
  • Ability to generate and maintain good working relationships with coworkers as appropriate.
  • Ability to foresee future problems and/or outcomes and perform problem solving in accordance with a well-developed sense of professional and ethical values.
