Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs.
