This role involves overseeing the design, operation, and maintenance of landfill sites, ensuring that all environmental, regulatory, and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in landfill engineering, waste management, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee landfill design and development.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Lead complex projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement environmental monitoring programs.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage project budgets and track costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns.

Estimated Salary: $220,000 per year, based on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in landfill engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in landfill design, operations, environmental compliance, and project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
