**Job Title:** Environmental Hazard Response Manager

**Location:** California, USA

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Hazard Response Manager to join our team at Environmental Quality Management, Inc. (EQM). This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in environmental consulting, engineering, and remediation.

As an Environmental Hazard Response Manager, you will be responsible for managing hazardous waste site projects as a Response Manager or Project Manager (PM) in support of EQM's various cleanup and remediation contracts. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of direct on-scene response experience at sites involving toxic and hazardous substances/wastes and oil and other petroleum-related wastes. A Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification is desired but not required.

The salary range for this position is $**$80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a **65% travel required** position, and relocation assistance is not available. We conduct pre-employment drug screens and physicals.
