Responsibilities:
* Provides oversight and direction for the daily operations of the PACE program, including academics, career development, independent living life skills, and mental health services.
* Develops and implements strategies for student recruitment, program development, and implementation, in coordination with Institution Leadership.
* Manages and oversees personnel hiring, training, and professional development of all staff, including residential staff and on-call staff.
* Develops and maintains community partnerships and fundraising strategies.
* Develops and leads the Program Advisory Board.
Requirements:
* Master\u2019s degree in Special Education, School Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or Disability Studies.
* 3-5 years of previous experience required.
* Strong leadership and vision, with the ability to articulate and model a shared vision that inspires individuals across various stakeholder groups.
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses and develop long-term strategy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in two-way conversations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
