Responsibilities

As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and smart home solutions that simplify lives and unlock infinite possibilities. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with customers to understand their needs and providing expert solutions to exceed their expectations.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand on high ladders, lift over 70 lbs, and work in varying climates/weather conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Develop strong rapport with customers, listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared for occasional travel to ensure seamless customer service.
