The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications">
  • Medical degree in medicine from an accredited school and licensed to practice as a medical or osteopathic physician in the state in which the facility is located.
  • Two years of direct work experience in a correctional setting preferred.
  • Completion of a U.S.-based residency program required.
  • Current DEA and D.P.S. Certificate of Registration required.
Salary and Benefits">

The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
