About the Position:

The Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures within our outpatient programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Admissions, this position requires exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

With a Master's degree in a related field and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), you will be responsible for guiding clinical staff and ensuring fidelity to treatment models that align with ODMHSAS priorities.

Salary and Compensation:

We offer an annual base salary of $78,000 +, with opportunities for additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

On-call duties receive an hourly rate of $1.00, with possibilities for shift differentials.
