Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a valid and unrestricted California medical license, board eligibility or certification in a specified area of medical specialty, and completion of an accredited post-graduate training program. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, and conducting thorough medical examinations and histories.

- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
- Perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
