About The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Supervisor at our Ace Liquor location.

The Supervisor will:

  • Lead and cultivate team members while establishing a robust sales culture, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for a multimillion-dollar business unit in collaboration with the Store Manager, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs and promote a customer-centric mindset within the store, participating in stocking and merchandising to ensure readiness for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Foster a customer service-driven culture, encouraging team collaboration and support.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service, greet customers, and assist them in product selection.
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through product education and recommendations, maintaining high service and product knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to cash handling policies, opening and closing procedures, and manage inventory levels.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OHS, LP, and other regulatory requirements, maintaining necessary certifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Preferred 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ProServe/Serving It Right Certification.
  • First-Aid Certification is an asset.
