Key Responsibilities- Enter patient referral data into the database
- Enter physician information into the database
- Enter outcomes information into the database
- Track CIIs and patient satisfaction surveys
- 1+ year of experience with data entry
- 1 year of experience working with verification or insurance benefits
- Experience with authorizations
- Familiar with insurance terminology and comfortable speaking about insurance benefits
- Pharmacy assistant license (upon hire)
