About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Absolute Pest Solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect properties for signs of pest infestation and identify the best course of treatment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the root cause of pest issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Estimate costs of services and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Work in various environments, including residential and commercial settings, and adapt to different situations.
  • Apply pesticides and other control methods in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Operate company vehicles equipped with specialized pest control equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Pest Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in pest control, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as pesticide applicator licenses are a plus.
