Primary Talent Partners is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Logistics Inventory Coordinator with our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

This role is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of products to clients, including the picking, packing, and verification of orders.
  • Perform additional shipping-related tasks such as consolidating packages and preparing shipping documentation.
  • Create and maintain accurate shipping manifests for current and future shipments.

Additional Duties:

  • Utilize various software systems to pick, pack, verify, and process customer orders.
  • Prepare and manage small package shipments for personnel outside the logistics department.
  • Oversee departmental inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Communicate with Customer Care and Key Accounts regarding any discrepancies in customer addresses.
  • Handle Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in shipping and logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping software systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in various PC software applications, with a strong command of Microsoft Office.

The ability to learn and effectively utilize various software programs is essential for success in this role.
