    • Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
**Competitive Salary:** $45,000-$60,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
