Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Choice 1 Temps. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Real Estate or Property Management experience a plus.
  • Ability to speak German or a second language.
