LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead their facility in Mexico. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating plans for the manufacturing processes of materials, ensuring efficient production and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant operations, managing and evaluating financial metrics, including P&L, margins, EBITDA, and material costs.
- Assess and improve processes, systems, and team performance, developing and implementing strategies to achieve production KPIs.
- Lead large manufacturing teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analytics tools to optimize operations, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of plant management experience within a manufacturing environment, with strong P&L management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, but not required with applicable years of experience.
- Proven problem-solver with a history of improving on-time delivery and achieving production KPIs.
- BILINGUAL in Spanish & English, with experience working with Continuous Improvement methods and knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
