Responsibilities:
In your role as a Coaxial Cable Technician, you will collaborate with a team of construction experts to deliver high-quality results while applying specialized skills in splicing, activations, testing, troubleshooting, and more.
Additionally, you will:
Perform splicing, sweeping, and troubleshooting of both aerial and underground coaxial cables.
Optimize new Nodes and implement node splits to improve capacity.
Utilize RF Meters and TDR (time-domain reflectometers) effectively.
Interpret CATV telecommunication designs and schematics.
Work on outdoor utility construction sites.
Qualifications:
About You:
You prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
You possess 1-3 years of experience in splicing and sweeping.
You are comfortable working from ladders or bucket trucks.
You excel at solving complex problems and enjoy hands-on tasks.
You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
You are adaptable and appreciate a variety of shifts, including overtime.
MOS Codes B05A, 3D157, 6423, B05A, 5699 are relevant to this position.
