Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit requests, analysis, and financial reporting.
- Reconcile intercompany relationships and balances, including research and resolving discrepancies.
- Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with assigned schedules, including workpapers managed in Prosystems, ensuring relevant account reconciliations are completed timely and accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 1-3 years' experience working within an accounting department and/or in public accounting.
