Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Attendant to join our team at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
  • Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports, and record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Obtain change required for expected business levels and keep the bank secure at all times.
  • Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, and drop off receipts.
  • Transport the bank to/from the assigned workstation.
  • Resolve any cash overages or shortages as requested by Accounting.
  • Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure staff is working together as a team to provide optimum service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
