About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Child Development Associate to join our team. As a Child Development Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our toddler program.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and implementation of lesson plans that meet the needs of our toddlers
  • Assisting with meal, map, and playtime activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment
  • Providing support to our lead educator and other team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • CPR certification (we will provide training)
  • At least six months of experience in a childcare setting
  • 12 hours of online training (we will provide paid on first check)
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical
