Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Blackstone Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service personnel and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of our kitchen area, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  2. Administrative Support: Coordinate the workflow, administrative requirements, and timecard preparation and maintenance for assigned food service personnel.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a military dining facility.
  2. Certifications: Serve-Safe certification is highly desirable.
  3. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, good oral and written communication skills, and a high-energy, motivational, and fun personality.
  4. Education: A Bachelor's degree is desired, but education may be waived in lieu of prior experience.
Unique Requirements
  1. Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or be authorized to work in the US.
  3. Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Compensation and Benefits

Exempt position: Salary Range $41,840.00 - $47,840.00 per year.

Benefits include: Vacation, Sick, and Health Insurance.

Must be able to work any shift and weekends.
