We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect - Federal to join our team in Pensacola or Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading federal projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage design and construction documents for federal projects, including coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and address project requirements, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality designs, specifications, and construction documents within budget and schedule.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports, studies, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including AutoCAD and Revit, to create and manage project designs and plans.
  • Direct and manage the activities of project team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

**Requirements**

  • Registered Architect with a strong background in federal project management.
  • LEED Accredited Professional or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in Revit and other industry-leading software.
