Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned duties in an aircraft environment.
  • Adhere to established standards, policies, and regulations, including FAA guidelines.
  • Utilize all cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems independently.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed passenger expectations.
  • Assist passengers with luggage handling and storage.
  • Provide support to individuals requiring assistance, including unaccompanied minors and those with disabilities.
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and composure in all situations.
  • Demonstrate reliability and commitment to completing assignments.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Adapt to a rotating schedule with varying hours, including extended duty days.
  • Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, often away from home.
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Flight Attendant Specific Duties
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, following instructions from the flight deck.
  • Guide passengers during emergencies to ensure their safety.
  • Provide basic medical assistance when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety measures and regulations.
  • Make onboard announcements and conduct safety demonstrations.
  • Open emergency exits and manage heavy service carts as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 23 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Three years of experience as a corporate Cabin Attendant or prior Flight Attendant experience.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random testing.
  • Complete a 10-year work history review and background checks.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Successfully complete the initial training program.
  • Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned base.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
