Job Summary

Frontier Management (OR) is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at one of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping services to our residents, ensuring their living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
  • Perform scheduled cleaning duties for residences and common areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, guests, and staff
  • Laundry and linen management, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivery
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • Notify management of maintenance needs and report any safety concerns
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines for chemical use and emergency procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents and staff
Requirements
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds independently and more with assistance
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving of equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Safe and conscientious work habits
  • Ability to follow instructions and work harmoniously with others
  • Familiarity with common house cleaning devices and equipment
  • Experience working with elderly populations
