About the Position
Piston Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Quality Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management across our manufacturing operations. This includes developing and implementing quality policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles. If you have a proven track record of improving quality and are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality policies and procedures
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
* Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices

What You Will Need
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering)
* 6+ years of experience in a quality assurance or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of quality principles and methodologies (e.g. ISO/TS)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
