**Job Description**

CSL Plasma is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Screener to join our team. As a Medical Screener, you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting health screenings, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough health screenings, including assessments of self-administered health history and basic medical questions.
  • Record accurate and up-to-date donor information in our electronic donor management system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to donor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three months experience in a customer service or clerical role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**

  • Dynamic and fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with donors and colleagues.
  • Exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
  • May require standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.

Estimated salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location.
