- Mailroom Management: Open and sort mail by categories, including incoming fax and email correspondence, and ensure prompt processing and distribution.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on letter output to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Specialized Tasks: Process changes to indexing uploaded through the web, pull special letter requests, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-year clerical experience, with basic PC and Microsoft Office tools skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ten-key by touch, and ability to type 35 wpm. Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and great organizational skills.
