Job Summary

Koala Health is a veterinary pharmacy dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to pet owners. We are seeking a skilled Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in retrieving prescriptions from veterinarian prescribers
  • Perform data entry of valid prescriptions
  • Fulfill prescription items, as permitted by the state board of pharmacy
  • Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications
  • Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items
  • Pack and ship completed orders, including printing and affixing labels on dispenser, shipping boxes
  • Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time
Requirements
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
  • Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools
