Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the University of Washington Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography (CT) scans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including radiographic and fluoroscopic machines, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures, taking into account their medical history and any physical limitations.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • Registered as an X-Ray Technician by the State of Washington.
  • Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Eligible for registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
