About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Walden Galleria store in Buffalo, NY. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment for our customers. You will work closely with our store team to support an inclusive and diverse shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers
  • Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards for a clean and well-presented store
  • Promote in-store events and company programs that support the brand
  • Contribute to the store's success by maintaining high brand and execution standards
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Proficient with technology, including ability to operate store systems accurately
