Job Description:

Support Systems Integration and Test Activities

You will be part of a team supporting systems integration and test activities across the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include planning and execution of integration, verification, or flight test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes.
  • Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools like MATLAB.
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure system functionality and interface compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships).
  • A U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Work Environment

This position requires occasional travel, not exceeding 15% of the time. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
