Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Package orders with speed and accuracy, inspect and receive product, and prepackage and process orders for mail delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Stack orders in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets and/or forklifts, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers and offer assistance, and provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook or perspective.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate as a team member to meet departmental goals, and maintain effective working relationships with team members and leadership.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and problem-solve using all tools and resources available, and handle stressful situations and difficult customers in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer navigation and typing skills, knowledge of TWRX, and OnBase.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, talk, and hear, use hands and fingers, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Work Schedule
  • Shifts: One scheduled late night a week (M-Th) 11:30AM-8PM, every 7th Sunday 10:30AM-2:30PM, and every 4th Friday late night 11:30AM-8PM.
