Clinical Care Coordinator Opportunity

About the Role:

The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, including scheduling appointments, obtaining laboratory results, and communicating with providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
  • Obtain laboratory results and communicate with providers
  • Perform clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; paramedic, licensed practical nurse, or medical assistant certification/diploma preferred
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting; BLS/CPR certification required
