  • Attract, nurture, and maintain a high-performing, customer-oriented team through comprehensive training, recognition, and performance evaluation.

  • Plan and carry out daily operational tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager, including during their absence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities in Freight Flow / Merchandising:
  • Oversee the overall logistics processes within the store to support corporate initiatives and productivity objectives.
  • Utilize company resources to ensure adherence to logistics processes, visual execution standards, and stocking routines.
  • Maintain organization and standards in the stockroom to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Educate team members on merchandising standards and visual presentation techniques.
  • Organize, plan, and implement all signage and graphic displays.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory management and data integrity routines.
What You Bring:

Leadership Qualities:

Strong customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making, proficient delegation, and the capability to efficiently execute daily priorities.

A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience is preferred.
