Music Therapist

Penn State Health is seeking a Music Therapist to join our team at Hershey Medical Center. As a Music Therapist, you will be responsible for providing music therapy services to patients, including patient assessment, therapeutic interventions, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide music therapy services to patients, including patient assessment, therapeutic interventions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement music therapy plans.
• Conduct music therapy sessions with patients, including individual and group sessions.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's Equivalency (in progress or completed), or Master's degree (in progress or completed) from an AMTA (American Music Therapy) institution and certification (MT-BC) through the Certification Board for Music Therapy.
• Minimum three (3) months effective experience.
