Job Summary

As a Clinical Psychologist Postdoctoral Intern/I/II with Santa Barbara County, CA, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and case management services to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as case management services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document clinical activity and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Postdoctoral internship or fellowship experience in clinical psychology
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
