We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector.
In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our production machinery and equipment.
This is a permanent position that offers both stability and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
- Work closely with the production team to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or irregularities.
- Utilize your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance to effectively troubleshoot and address technical challenges.
- Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is essential.
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Excellent understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and the ability to perform routine inspections.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergencies or urgent maintenance requests.
