Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at EBAA Iron Inc. in Eastland, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 20 maintenance personnel
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as necessary
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals

Requirements:

  • Industrial electrical knowledge and mechanical experience
  • Welding/fabrication, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic experience
  • Experience in a foundry environment
  • Knowledge of Disamatic molding machines preferred
