Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at EBAA Iron Inc. in Eastland, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with experience in managing a team and overseeing maintenance operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of up to 20 maintenance personnel
  • Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience with Disamatic molding machines. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role are required.
