Café Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products to our members.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including prepared meals and rotisserie chicken, to meet the needs of our members.
• Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and sanitized food preparation area, adhering to strict food safety and quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of food products, to ensure that our members have access to a wide range of products.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
