Job Description
- Draft complaints and pleadings
- Conduct research and gather evidence
- Order medical records and documents
- Schedule depositions and hearings
- Manage calendars and schedules
- E-file at the state level
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Plaintiff civil litigation experience is required
- Knowledge of state and local civil procedures, court rules, and deadlines is necessary
- Trial support experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
