About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for handling complex insurance defense cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense files from start to finish.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes on the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Participate in developing strategies for the defense and litigation of cases.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a high level of client service.
