Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all components of the Calibration Program for the US Navy TRIDENT/SSGN Submarine.
  • Oversee program/project operations with an emphasis on Navy-centric activities.
  • Document program specifications, monitor action items, and ensure effective resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports, correspondence, and client presentations utilizing MS Office.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure program success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Submarine Experience: A minimum of 5 years of submarine service, ideally as a TRIDENT Naval Officer.
  • Project Management Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in program/project management within Navy-related operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with calibration and testing equipment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability in documenting requirements, tracking progress, and reporting results. High proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a government security clearance.
