Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center - Rutland Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a current license to practice as an LPN in the state of NY, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You should also possess basic computer skills and be familiar with electronic medical records.
