Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and emergency maintenance on machinery and equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and conducting performance inspections to ensure equipment meets operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Preventive and Emergency Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and perform emergency repairs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Issues: Use technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct Performance Inspections: Regularly inspect equipment to ensure it meets operational standards and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years of Experience: In maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Ability to Read Technical Manuals and Schematics: Understanding of technical documentation and ability to interpret schematics.
  • Familiarity with OSHA Safety Regulations: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Flexibility to Work Shifts: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
