Assembly Operations Specialist

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an experienced Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in manufacturing high-quality tubing bundles using various hand assembly and machine operations.
About the Role:
- Read and follow simple diagrams and specific written instruction to perform tasks efficiently.
- Inspect hose for defects and check inside diameter using gauging pins.
- Set up and operate cutting machines, marking machines, and other equipment as required.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Secure proper types and quantities of tubing and fittings according to cut sheets and templates.
- Operate cutter/marker, depth marking, ovens, and cooling chamber to produce quality product.
- Assemble fittings to tubing while exercising care to avoid excessive pressure on assembly devices.
- Load reel into payout and string tubing through cutter according to cut sheet.
- Set up assemble tables by using mylar and retrieving head fixture assembling harness according to mylar template.
