The Wealth Management Client Associate plays a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) by providing outstanding client service.   • Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on the full range of banking and investment services available.
  • Ensure all client materials are accurate, timely, and complete, following up diligently on requests from clients and Financial Advisors.
  • Support compliance with bank policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence and safeguard client interests.
  • Foster and deepen client relationships by promoting the integration of banking services into their daily financial practices.
  • Assist with team operations, stepping in during absences or peak periods while maintaining a client-first approach.
