Role Summary:
The Wealth Management Client Associate plays a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) by providing outstanding client service. This position is integral to achieving our strategic objectives and operational excellence while advocating for our clients' interests. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their service needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on the full range of banking and investment services available.
- Ensure all client materials are accurate, timely, and complete, following up diligently on requests from clients and Financial Advisors.
- Support compliance with bank policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence and safeguard client interests.
- Foster and deepen client relationships by promoting the integration of banking services into their daily financial practices.
- Assist with team operations, stepping in during absences or peak periods while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications:
