Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Clinic Community Paramedic. As a key member of our hybrid clinic model, you'll work closely with virtual physicians to provide high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator, greeting patients and working as the hands of the physician during appointments.
  • Perform in-clinic tests and procedures, including blood draws, processing urine samples, injections, and ear flushes.
  • Use connected devices to perform physical exams with virtual physicians.
  • Accurately chart and document exams, procedures, and lab orders.
  • Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues that may occur.
Requirements
  • Paramedic current state licensure (NREMT, Community Paramedic, CCP-C or FP-C preferred).
  • Comfortable working independently with remote specialty physicians.
  • Good with technology and a quick learner.
  • Previous experience in clinics, primary care, urgent care, ED, ICU, or step-down I/P units is beneficial.
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for revolutionizing healthcare.
